Return Shipping

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original accessories and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, customization, or professional-use reasons once opened or used, where applicable by law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
