Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, product shortages, holidays, or special circumstances, processing time may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options where available:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
Shipping fee: Free worldwide shipping is available for eligible orders and destinations.
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days
Additional fees may apply depending on the destination, product type, and shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, local courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Areas
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
If your shipping address is not supported at checkout, please contact us at info@eedas.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is dispatched.
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website or the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For many destinations, including Europe, North America, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, tax-inclusive or duty-friendly shipping options may be available depending on the product and shipping method.
For other countries or regions, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply according to local regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into their country or region and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address, contact name, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete when placing your order.
EEDAS Dental is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eedas.com. We will try our best to update the information before the order is shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 15 business days, or if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@eedas.com.
We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide appropriate support.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the shipping label
This information helps us review the issue and work with the carrier when needed.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, product size, or shipping method.
If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delivery Failure or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to complete customs clearance, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.
